NorCal Staffing provides professional event staffing for corporate events, trade shows, conventions, festivals, and venue operations across the San Francisco Bay Area and Sacramento Valley.
Since 2010, NorCal Staffing has supported event planners, production companies, caterers, venues, and corporate teams with experienced professionals who know how to operate in fast-paced event environments. We don’t just fill shifts — we support experiences. Every bartender, server, brand ambassador, and event professional deployed represents your brand, your reputation, and ours.
We specialize in dependable staffing for corporate events, trade shows, conventions, brand activations, catered functions, and ongoing venue and hospitality operations. Teams provide support across a wide range of event roles including bartenders, event servers, brand ambassadors, guest registration staff, kitchen support, and event crew. All staff are W-2 employees, carefully selected and trained to meet the standards required for high-profile corporate and public events.
NorCal Staffing teams regularly support events at convention centers, corporate campuses, wineries, stadiums, and major venues throughout Northern California. Staff have supported events at venues such as Moscone Center, Levi’s Stadium, Chase Center, and other major Bay Area event locations.
