NorCal Staffing is hiring experienced, dependable event and hospitality professionals throughout Northern California. Work may include catered events, bartending, concessions, corporate events, trade shows, conferences, registration, brand activations, promotional events, festivals, weddings, and ongoing hospitality programs.

We offer flexible event-based work as well as ongoing assignments for qualified team members. NorCal team members are W-2 employees — not independent contractors.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 90 days of relevant experience in the position(s) you apply for

• Reliable transportation to and from assigned event locations

• Professional appearance and a strong work ethic

• Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments

• Strong communication and guest-service skills

• Many guest-facing positions require strong spoken English

• Additional languages are a plus

• Reliable access to a smartphone, email, text messaging, and the NorCal app
